SeeThePrice ("we," "us") is a product of Made From Many LLC. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Questions: info@seetheprice.com.

1. Who this covers

Two groups use SeeThePrice: businesses (contractors who create accounts and run quote pages) and homeowners (people who request quotes through a business's page or widget).

2. What we collect from businesses

Account details (name, email, sign-in via Google), business details (business name, website, services, pricing rules, branding), and billing information (handled by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers). We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.

3. What we collect from homeowners

When you request a quote: the property address you enter, your service selections and answers, and — if you choose to book or save a quote — your name, email address, and phone number. This information is collected on behalf of the business you contacted and is shared with that business so they can respond to your request. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to market unrelated services to you.

4. Property information

To produce instant estimates, we look up publicly available property records (such as square footage, stories, and exterior type) for the address a homeowner enters, using third-party data providers. These lookups are used to compute the estimate and are not used for any other purpose.

5. Service providers

We use trusted vendors to run SeeThePrice: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), authentication (Auth0), payments (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), and property-data providers. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

7. Retention & deletion

Businesses can delete their account by contacting info@seetheprice.com; we delete associated data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. Homeowners may request deletion of their quote/lead data by emailing the same address; note the business you contacted keeps its own copy of your request, governed by its own practices.

8. California residents

We do not sell personal information. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information via info@seetheprice.com.

9. Children

SeeThePrice is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We'll post updates here with a new effective date. Material changes will be announced to account holders by email.
