Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SeeThePrice, a product of Made From Many LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using a SeeThePrice quote page or widget, you agree to them. Questions: info@seetheprice.com.

1. What SeeThePrice is

SeeThePrice lets service businesses show instant price estimates on their websites, hosted quote pages, and QR codes, and collects job requests ("leads") from homeowners on the business's behalf.

2. Estimates are estimates

Prices shown by SeeThePrice are automated estimates, generated from pricing rules configured by the business and from publicly available property data, which may be incomplete or out of date. Estimates are not binding offers. Final pricing is determined solely by the business, typically after on-site confirmation. SeeThePrice is not a party to any transaction between a business and its customers, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of any estimate, the quality of any work, or any dispute between a business and its customers.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. One account per business; you may not resell access without our written agreement.

4. Subscription & billing

SeeThePrice is free to start: your quote page is fully functional at no charge, and your first 3 leads are free (a one-time allowance per business — unique, genuine job requests; duplicates and test submissions don't count against it). Continued lead delivery after your third lead requires a paid subscription of $49/month (no card required before then). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period; on cancellation your page and QR code remain live, but delivery of new leads may again be limited. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing customers.

5. Your content and configuration

You retain rights to your business name, logo, branding, and pricing rules. You grant us a license to use them to operate your quote pages and widget. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of your pricing and your communications with your customers.

6. Lead data

Leads collected through your pages are provided to you. You agree to use homeowners' contact information only to respond to their request and in compliance with applicable law (including consumer-protection and anti-spam laws).

7. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no misrepresentation of your business, no attempts to probe, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service, and no use of the service to collect data you're not entitled to collect.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We may modify features with reasonable notice for material changes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Made From Many LLC's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages — including lost jobs, mispriced estimates, or missed leads.

10. Termination

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
